Our Background, Interests and Hobbies Precision Home Inspection is a family ran business, owned and operated by Tim and Jami Sanders.
Tim has spent many years in the construction industry and 11 years in the home building and remodeling retail industry in management. Tim's experience in both retail and the construction side has prepared him to be a skilled inspector and posess the high standard of customer service you deserve. Tim has a head for business, an eye for details and a heart for superior customer service. Tim has won numerous customer service awards throughout his career, including The Home Depot's employee of the year award.
Tim is certified through CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association), Allied Home Inspection School and InterNACHI (InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
Jami has 20 years of accounting experience and posseses a high standard of customer service as well.
Together they are a team that considers the extra mile, a normal trek. Their goal is to provide you with the best information you can get and exceed your customer service expections... every inspection, every day.
Jami and Tim are active in their local church www.championlifechurch.com Their daughter, Megan 19 is a sophmore at Azuza Pacific University. Their son Jayce 18 plays guitar in the church worship band, Inspects full time with his dad and attends College Of The Desert. They are also busy chasing around their 7 year old son, Carter. They have housed foreign exchange students from Germany, Brazil and Thailand.
Jami has a successful and busy bookkeeping business and is in the process of being certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Her client list includes doctors, architects, contractors, rental car companies, landscape architects and several other small businesses.
Tim's hobbies are creek fishing, camping, backpacking, photography, hunting, eating ice cream and mountain biking.
Jami likes to spend her spare time quilting. If she ever gets any spare time.
